Snow day? You mean burger day...

When you've been trapped in the house a little too long and you're no longer entertained by this list of things to do on a snow day. Sometimes, you just gotta get bundled up, make your way out into the snowy tundra and find yourself some red meat and a brewski. 

Snowball to the face!

We headed to Jake's and Cooper's Wine Bar in Manayunk for some beers and burgs. In my humble opinion, this is one of the best burgers in Philly. It's served up on a brioche bun, with bubbly Vermont cheddar cheese, caramelized onions and sauteed mushrooms. Also, it comes with a side of ketchup and a side of horseradish aioli so you can slather them atop your burger and also dip in your delicious parmesan fries. Dude, this burger is no joke. It's cooked to perfection, totally juicy and unbelievably delicious.

Then we dragged our full bellies back up the hill and parked ourselves on the couch for the rest of the evening!
