Fall fashion wish list

I have been itching to spend some cash on some new pieces for the fall. It's my most very favorite time of the year. The perfect fall day means waking up to a 55 degree crisp morning that warms up to the low 70s by the afternoon. Doesn't that sounds wonderful? It makes me want to grab a cider donut and some hot cider (spiked with rum of course) and go watch a football game.

Black leather moto jacket
The pièce de résistance of my ideal fall collection. I have been searching high and low for the perfect leather jacket. While on my honeymoon in Italy, we visited Florence, the mecca of leather goods. I found a jacket that was almost what I was looking for but wasn't totally perfect, now I'm wondering if it was the one that got away.

Riding boots
I have a brown beat up pair of riding boots from last fall (or maybe even the fall before) but this year I'm looking for a black riding boot that can be work and weekend appropriate. 

Nude pumps
Thanks to Princess Kate nude pumps are all the rage. I'm on the Goldilocks hunt for the perfect pair that compliments my skin tone -- not too blush, not too yellow, not too pointy, not too round, not sky high, but not kitten heels, I'm looking for the ones that are juuuust right. 

Chunky-knit statement scarf
Nothing says autumn like a big fat scarf. 

Public-appropriate leggings
Where does one find leggings that aren't see through? If you know, let me in on the secret. I'm looking for a pair that I can wear with my new riding boots and an over-sized sweater, and that won't show my private bits if I bend over. 

Light-weight sweaters
I love me a comfy sweater in the fall, but with the ever-unpredictable temperatures, I prefer to stay away from heavy sweaters in September and October. This grey option from J. Crew looks so soft, comfortable, and thin!

The perfect black bag
Since I don't have a cool $875 lying around to splurge on the Philip Lim 3.1 Pashili Satchel, I'll have to settle for something a little more reasonable. I'm always looking for bags that will fit everything I need to bring to work, and also will look stylish for day to day wear. 

Statement necklaces
I love big necklaces! They dress up a leather jacket, add a pop of color to a sweater, and provide a distraction when you're having a bad hair day. 

New sunglasses
I'm keeping my eyes peels for some cat eye frames or just something with a more fall/winter vibe than my current Lilly Pullitzer Cameron frames which feel more summery.

Sweater dress
I'm looking for a cable knit dress that's not skin tight and can be worn with leggings or tights, high boots or pumps, and looks good at work or on the weekend. 

Apparently the theme is that I don't like to buy things that aren't suitable for both work and weekend wear. It just seems silly to spend money on something that isn't versatile.
